REFUND POLICY

1. Scope
This policy applies to all training programs, workshops, and services purchased via elyzian.xyz.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- Refunds will only be considered if the participant provides valid and strong justification or proof for cancellation. Approval is at Elyzian Interactive’s discretion.
- No-show without notice: No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
3. Cancellations by Elyzian
If a course is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants are entitled to either:
- Reschedule to another available session
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days once your request is approved. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method if it supports refund functionality.
- If the original payment method does not support refunds, the amount will be transferred manually to the customer’s bank account.
5. Digital Courses & Online Content
- Access to digital or recorded content is non-refundable once access has been granted.
- If content has not been accessed and cancellation is requested within the allowed period, a refund may be considered.

- Full name
- Order/booking ID
- Course name & date
- Reason for cancellation/refund
7. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other events beyond our control, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund, depending on the situation.
